💕 About Courtney – The Heart Behind Fit Strong Mama
Hey, I’m Courtney Ferrell — mom of two, certified personal trainer, and founder of Fit Strong Mama.
I help women over 40 feel strong, confident, and in control of their bodies again — without giving up the foods they love or spending hours working out.
But trust me… I didn’t always have this balance figured out.
🌸 How It Started
For years, I did what so many women do — I put everyone else first. Between motherhood, work, and the mental load that comes with trying to do it all, I completely lost myself.
I was exhausted, overwhelmed, and frustrated that my body didn’t feel like mine anymore.
When I finally decided to prioritize my health, I promised myself one thing:
No more extremes.
No crash diets. No endless cardio. No guilt.
Just consistency, strength, and a whole lot of grace.
💪 How It’s Going
Now, I get to help women do the same — find their strength, rebuild their confidence, and feel amazing in their bodies again.
Through realistic workouts, balanced nutrition, and personalized support, I teach women that:
Fitness doesn’t have to be complicated to be effective.
Food isn’t the enemy — it’s fuel and freedom.
Progress can feel good and still fit your real life.
I work with women who are navigating perimenopause, busy mom life, and everything in between — because I’ve been there.
💬 My Philosophy
I don’t believe in “quick fixes.”
I believe in empowering women to understand their bodies, build strength, and create healthy habits that last.
My approach is rooted in three core values:
Strength over skinny — we train for confidence, not the scale.
Balance over burnout — life’s too short to hate your workouts or your meals.
Community over competition — because doing it together is how we thrive.
🌟 For Women Who Are Ready to Feel Like Themselves Again
Whether you’re training with me in person or working together online, you’ll get more than a workout plan — you’ll get a cheerleader, accountability partner, and coach who truly cares.
Because at Fit Strong Mama, we don’t just build stronger bodies —
we build stronger women.
