For years I’ve been obsessed with all things health and fitness… however as a mom, I was struggling to find time to go to the gym regularly! I have two precious kiddos that are busy with sports, school and so much more - I didn’t have hours each day to spend at a gym!

After talking with a few close friends, it was clear that it wasn’t just me struggling with this! And from our struggles, Fit Strong Mama was born. Originally it was an accountability group where I led women through 25 minute workouts on Zoom, and today it’s grown into an amazing business where I continue to walk with women of all ages and fitness levels on their health and fitness journeys.

Did you know that in just 25 minutes a day (even if it’s 3 times a week!) you can do effective workouts from home, with little to no equipment? Workouts that will help you lose weight, become stronger, and build confidence.

And that’s not the only amazing things about Courtney Ferrell Fitness. At CFF, we’re a tight knit community of women who love to support and encourage one another. We celebrate the non-scale victories and live life with all the obstacles that come our way.

3 Weekly Workouts

Our workout sessions are designed to work your entire body in just 25 minutes! The best part is you can do these workouts on your own time with your membership log-in. Every week I upload 3 new workout videos.

In these videos, I break down how to do all the movements and provide modifications so you can work more confidently! I'm always available to chat if you need additional support or alterations specific to your situation.

Healthy Living Courses + Videos

When you join the sisterhood, you will have access to the “Nutrition Basics Course”, the “5 Day Sugar Detox Course”, and the “Half Marathon Course”. These courses have been designed with you in mind - easy-to-digest information to jump-start your health journey!

Also, you will receive access to our body assessment video that shows you how and where to measure to see the changes in your body. Get ready to throw out that scale, sister!

Exclusive Community + Support

Stay on track with your workouts & be accountable by checking in when you complete a training! Between our calendar + private Facebook group daily check-ins, you’ll be amazed at how much accountability and support you’ll have to reach your goals!

Also in our Facebook group, there’s an opportunity for additional support, questions, and more! This is a great place to be encouraged and interact with other CFF members.

In addition, at the beginning of every month you’ll get an email from me, checking in. In this email I announce the theme for the month as well as include a workout playlist, motivational phone screen savers and an opportunity for you to reply and connect for further encouragement!
