1. RECEIVE A WELCOME EMAIL
In the next few minutes, you should be receiving a welcome email from me that gives you a quick recap of how to log in to get to your workouts! If you have any questions or didn’t see the email come through within 24 hours, contact me at info@fitstrongmama.com.
If you’re enrolled in a plan that has access to working out with me LIVE - you’ll get instructions on how to join in the welcome email!
2. JOIN THE FSM COMMUNITY ON FACEBOOK
At Fit Strong Mama, we are ALL about community, encouragement, and keeping each other accountable! A great way that many FSM members have stuck to their goals is by joining our membership-only Facebook group, where we have daily check ins, additional challenges, and more!

3. GET READY!
I know what it’s like to start from square one, however I’ve found that things go much easier when you plan a little! The first step is to know where you are going to work out! So go scope out your house and make sure that you have a space in mind that you can easily push that coffee table to the side, or move the kids toys for your “mom time”. The second step is to either dig out those old dumbbells, or find some everyday household items that you can use as weights during your workout - we have some women who use items from canned veggies to water bottles! Finally, tell someone about it (out loud)! So let your honey know, so that they can encourage you to stick to your goals!
4. COMPLETE YOUR FIRST FSM WORKOUT!
All of our new members should complete our Fitter and Stronger Mama as their very first workout with us! Why do we do this? It gives you a baseline to see where you are starting! Then every quarter, check in with yourself and do it again to see how far you’ve come from the very first time you completed it!
To do this workout, simply click “Fitter & Stronger Mama: The Victory Workout” on the menu!
5. DO THE DAILY WORKOUTS AND CHECK IN!
Each workout video will be posted on our website the night before it’s official “date”! So be sure to log-in, do the work, and finally check in below the video in the comments section OR a sweaty selfie in the Facebook group! I love being able to see who is completing the workouts as well as encourage you/ catch any questions you may have!
