Hey there Sister! Today I’m going to be sharing some great on-the-go options… also ones that are NOT salads! I know that most every fast food place has salad, however sometimes due to whatever is on them, they may not be the best option for you (either high in carbs, sugars, calories, etc)… and let’s be real it’s good to mix it up and have a variety of options to fall back on!

Below I’ve listed some great options at popular fast food for you to consider next time you need a grab and go meal! Majority of these items are lower in calories than other options on the menu, OR they pack a punch when it comes to protein (which means you’ll stay fuller longer!)
