Ok, so as moms we do a lot. We do a lot for others. We are ALL busy.

And it doesn't matter if you are a WAHM(work at home mama), SAHM(stay at home mama) or FTWM(full time working mama), busy is what we are.

But here is the plain and honest truth...... We ALL have the same 24 hours in the day and we are ALL busy!!!!

So, making the excuse that "I am busy", doesn't bode well with me. If you really WANT it, you can find time! To help you fill your love tank first, I have made a list of 5 tips to get your workout in at home, even when your life is busy!

1. Get your spouse/significant other on board! Even if he doesn't want to work out with you, which if you can get him to do, this is HUGE!! A supportive spouse makes all the difference in the world.

BUT, if he can't or doesn't want to work out with you, having his support on your journey is just as big!

2. Schedule it. Act like it is a vital appointment that you have to get to, like the dentist or doctor appointment. Put it on your calendar or to do list and check it off!.

3. Workout before the kids get up. I know, I know, but sometimes you have to sacrifice things to get what you want and if a healthy body is it, you find the time and set that alarm.

*If you can't workout before your kiddos get up, find a time when they can be occupied! i.e. with homework, a swing (if they are an infant), during nap time, after you put them to bed, when your spouse gets home. You have 30 min in a 24 hour period that you can make for yourself and be better.

4. Like your workout. Find a workout plan, routine, online something that you enjoy doing. I can guarantee that if you don't enjoy it, you WILL make every excuse in the book to skip it. It might take trial and error, but there is bound to be something out there on the world wide web that you might actually enjoy doing!

5. Know that you are worth it.

No reason to keep putting it off! Fill your cup first!!
